Hello,
I purchased a vmprotect ultimate license and my registered email is ...
We have a software that we are protecting using VM ultimate. We are using the license feature and compiling the executable with "memory protection" and "pack the output file" options turned on.
The issue is that the VM protected executable boots up significantly slower than the original executable. The VM protected executable boots up after ~15 seconds while the original exe boots up almost instantly. We tried turning off the "pack the output file" option but that only increased the output file size while doing little to speed up the booting.
Is there any way of speeding up the start up time of the VM protected executable?
Or is it at least possible to show a splash screen while the executable is booting up? Currently our software shows a splash screen which appears instantly in case of the original executable, while the VM protected executable shows our splash screen after ~15 seconds, probably after the VM related boot up operations are finished. If we could somehow show a splash screen immediately it would be an acceptable alternative to actual startup optimization.
