VMProtect license activation via proxy problem or bug
VMProtect license activation via proxy problem or bug
We've purchased VMProtect 2.13.6 and are facing the following issue our users (i.e. users of our product) encounter continuously : there is an issue in case a user connects to the internet via proxy server. Although it is said somewhere in FAQ that VMProtect API is able to find out proxy server settings in internet explorer (and use them), it seems it is not always the case. an API (say VMProtectActivateLicence() ) cannot connect to the internet and the user cannot activate. Of course, we have an option for this case to activate offline (and we do utilize VMProtect offline activation APIs for this case) but this is not very convinient for users. Is there a way to tell somehow VMProtect to use proxy settings and activate via it ? Does someone have a clue on this ?

What version of VMProtect do you use?
