Windows 11 x64 24H2 Released Oct 2024

Windows 11 updated with unknown troubles totally broken.

Vmprotected files do not load embedded vmp dll.

"Can not load named dll" works fine in previous versions 10 and 11 22H2 x64.

Fixed in the 2232 build.
