VMprotect will not open

When trying to open VMP, I’m receiving error:
Error at hooking API “NtProtectVirtualMemory”

Windows 10 64-bit Build 22H2
Error occurs after installation of update:
KB5058379
If I uninstall this specific windows update, VMP works again. Reinstalling the update, VMP fails to open with the error I mentioned above.
