What is " initialization error 2 "?

VMProtect version : Ultimate v3.8.7 build 2000
Setting :
- Version Default
- Instances Default
- Complexity 20%
- Many function use Mutation
- Memory Protect yes
- Import Protect yes
- Resource Protect yes
- Pack the output yes
- Debugger Use+Kernal
- Strip Debug info
Compile with dll file vs2022 c++17 latest toolset
dll use with exe compile with vmprotect too
Sometimes I get an "initialization error 2" but other times it runs normally. (Some pc)
