Adding and using Virtual Files to combine multiple exe files

Let's say I have an application suite that has multiple exe files, can I use "Virtual Files" to combine them to a single exe file and somehow call them from the main exe? If yes, how?

Unfortunately VMProtect doesn't support this feature.
