Problems with placing an order for VMProtect

Sorry for posting in this forum regarding the issue but I had tried to contact you guys multiple times via different means (http://vmpsoft.com/contacts/ or info@vmpsoft.com) without success. Are you having problems with your email/contact system?

Around May 24th 2016 I placed an order on http://vmpsoft.com/purchase/buy-online/ and went through PayPro Global. Then the next day I received an email from PayPro Global:
Dear XXXX,

Thank you for your recent purchase of VMProtect Professional for Windows - Personal License. Unfortunately we were not able to process your order for the following reason:


Let us know if you have any questions.

The reason was blank, so I contacted PayPro Global support and they said I would have to contact VMProtect directly before placing another order.
I still want to purchase a license for VMProtect, what do I do now?
