Hardware ID inconsistent on the same same laptop

On the same laptop, it gets two different hardware id

I Know for VMProtect these HWIDs are equal because VMProtect compares HWIDs by devices instead of string value.
how can i judge they are the same laptop by string value ? offline , not online by Web License Manager
