I can see *.exe in the list of supported file-extensions in the open file dialog. However, I see the message "File .. has a unsupported subsystem".

Exe project use .Net 3.5 / WPF

VMProtect doesn't support .NET binaries, so it shows the message ""File .. has a unsupported subsystem".
