I want to add overlay data at the end of my VM-Protected executable, but I always get a Message that the file is corrupted after it. I have already turned off anything to that might have caused this. Is it possible to do that at all?

I know in most cases this is a wanted feature since the executable was changed somehow, but I need it for an installer what has such data at the end.

As I understand for an installer isn't enough to add something at the end of a file, because it needs to store an offset to overlay data inside a protected part of file, so VMProtect shows the error. You can check it by your self - just to add something to the end of a file and it will work fine.
