VM Protect 3.2 doesn't have the VMProtect.key into Program Files

Hello,
For VM Protect 3.1 was like this:
- vmprotect_XXXX.exe and vmprotect_password.txt was received
- running the vmprotect_XXXX.exe would install it into "C:\Program Files\VMProtect Professional"
- in the folder: "C:\Program Files\VMProtect Professional" besides some other files there was also a VMProtect.key
For VM Protect 3.2 now is like this:
- vmprotect_XXXX.exe and password.txt was received
- running the vmprotect_XXXX.exe would install it into "C:\Program Files\VMProtect Professional"
- in the folder: "C:\Program Files\VMProtect Professional" the file VMProtect.key is missing!!!
Can someone pls explain:
1) Why is the file VMProtect.key missing in 3.2, but was available in 3.1?
2) How can one obtain it in version 3.2?
