I buy VMProtect and did not receive

On the day 29/03/2019 I bought the VMProtect Lite Personal License, and was approved on the day 30/03/2019, by the billet.
And until today I have not received the product.
I Wanted help on whether I'm going to get it or not, or I want my money back.
The email I used for the purchase is the same as my current account. It was for PayPro.
I sent mail to
support@vmpsoft.com but no one responds.
I'm from Brazil, sorry English error.

The software was sent on 29/03/2019 to your email. Please check your spam folder.

Was there but no focus so I couldn't see, anyway.
I tested and still gave several detect in the VirusTotal, which is exactly what I did not expect. Can I get a refund or not reimburse?

Please notice that we don't guarantee the quality of "products" placed on VirusTotal, because we are not authors of these products. So we can't make a refund just for this reason.

Okay, today I've made the purchase of VMProtect Ultimate, I'll use VMProtect Ultimate now. Can you make refund me the money from VMProtect Lite?
The purchase email is the same yet.

Going to say that the refund has been made, and it was pretty fast from the moment PayPro sent email to me saying that the refund was sent.
