Byte array conversion issue.

Hello! I was wondering if there is any way to convert a vmprotected PE to a byte array that you later on use because when I try the traditional conversion the protected program just gets corrupted. No matter what protection settings I use whenever I try to "run" the protected executable using that byte array I get the file corrupted message.
