I have several clients that can't activate the software because it freezes when they try to. I had a deep look on why it was happening, and seems like it's freezing on InternetXXX functions called by VMProtect code (Windows Server), but I haven't found exactly WHY this happens. Is there any way for you guys to change/upgrade the APIs used by VMProtect? Seems like Windows Server has troubles with WinINET API, and it's recommended to use WinHTTP instead.
Also, I'm unable to reproduce the problem by myself... I had to access a client's VPS to collect information.
VMProtect activation freezing the application.
Re: VMProtect activation freezing the application.
