I'm impressed that VMProtect can also be used to protect Windows CE x86 based executables.
You can add it to your website "Supported Platforms" section

VMProtect is not tested for protection of Windows CE x86 based executable files. But if Windows CE also used PE/32 format - I think there should be no problems

Yes, they are standard PE 32 files just like normal windows PE files.
I've tested this and it works.
