Does VMProtect dylibs? I can see *.dylib in the list of supported file-extensions in the open file dialog. However, I see the message "File .. has a unsupported format.". I have also made sure symbols won't be stripped during the build of the dylib file I'm trying to protect.
If VMProtect is supposed to support Mac OSX dylibs, will there ever be - at least a commandline - edition of VMProtect compiled for Mac OSX?
Best,

Protecting Mac OSX dylibs?
Re: Protecting Mac OSX dylibs?
Is your dylib an universal binary?
Re: Protecting Mac OSX dylibs?
Yes it is - compiled for x86, x64 and PPC. Do I need to drop the PPC support?
Re: Protecting Mac OSX dylibs?
VMProtect doesn't support universal binaries.
Re: Protecting Mac OSX dylibs?
will it ever support universal binaries?
Re: Protecting Mac OSX dylibs?
I have built my dylib for the i386 architecture only. Now I'm seeing the message "File ... has an incorrect Mach-o format.". What can I do?
Splitting and remerging universal binaries won't really be an issue, but will we ever see a commandline version of VMProtect compiled for Mac OSX?
Thanks!

Re: Protecting Mac OSX dylibs?
We are going to add the universal binaries support and the MacOSX commandline edition in next versions of VMProtect. About the message "File ... has an incorrect Mach-o format." - could you send us an example of this dylib?
Re: Protecting Mac OSX dylibs?
Yes, I can...where can I send it in?
