Hello,
I made a purchase but it saying the purchase didn't go through but I can see the payment on my card. Please can you advise further?

Morning,
The funds still haven't come to my bank account, the outgoing payment is still there.
Just wondering when I can expect it back so I can try make a payment again?

It is now over 96 hours since I made this purchase and it's still showing pending on my bank?
