Re: Na..Solved:Does the VMProtect Demo go crippled after awh
AVAST Free was keeping i/o functions over a certain size from happening. I could copy con a txt file ok, but copy myproject.vmp.dll to myproject.dll would say it succeeded, but there was no myproject.dll. Same for VMProtect write of it's output. It would say it did but there was no file. So Admin, c...

Na..Solved:Does the VMProtect Demo go crippled after awhile?
Out of nowhere my VMProtect goes through all the usual motions but does not write an output file.
I told it to write somewhere else to eliminate disk error condition and it still does the same thing as if the program be broken.

Licensing system features Time trials The new activation feature allows vendors to issue the time-limit serial numbers that can be used both for limited evaluation purposes and for the time-limited licenses, as well. Each activation code may be associated with the set of features and limitations, s...

Re: Problem with trial versioning.
Now it just happened on another test machine here that was slated to expire today.
It expired as expected.
I deleted the serial # file and restarted the application.
It went out to the server, got a serial number and is running in trial mode again.
What?

Edited:: WebLM Offline server & Windows 7 32 bit IE bug?
Hi, EDIT:: This does not seem to an issue under XP just my (fresh install) of Windows 7 32 Bit. Same ugly base64 string but the paste button does indeed copy to the clipboard as expected uner XP I had been using FireFox to get a serial number to paste into my VMProtected Application. I finished to c...

Assuming same PC one day later, how does the HWID change?Admin wrote:It seems that HWID was changed, so WebLM created a new license.
Because it's a public test server, and a human did it?
I don't care if that's the case I just need to know I'm implementing it all correctly.
Thanks.

I'm Calling this fixed::Problem with trial versioning.
I thought I had it all under control...... I have a 1 day trial license on the testing WebLM server and it terminats as expected but I have found that if I simply delete the serial number from the user's drive then VMProtectActivateLicense() will gladly just give us a serial again using the same act...

Solved:Unlimited number of activations?
Can someone tell me how to set unlimited number of activations for an Activation Code in WebLM? The documentation says the following: But the screen shots are hard to read for the most part. The activation code should be generated once, manually and stored in the application. You need to set unlimit...

Re: Suppressing "Code requires a serial number to run..." di
I guess I should say why I desire to suppress this particular messagebox. My protected project is a COM plugin DLL that plugs into a 3rd party application, SONARPDR.EXE Upon exhaustion of trial period, I put up a message box that the trial is up, and don't create the application object. This message...

WebLM Trial Version expiration imune to clock manipulation!?
Seems too good to be true. I had a trial version running per the recipe here on this site. It worked well. When the drop dead day came it posted that the trial was expired and terminated as expected. I disconnected from the internet, made sure I was not online, set my clock back to the window the tr...
