"Can not load named dll" works fine in previous versions 10 and 11 22H2 x64.

There is a possible issue in Vmware 16.2.4.28481 with Vmprotect 3.8.6. sdk functions using license tied HWID, more investigations needed, will return with more info's if bug confirmed.

DRIVERS mode ring 0 hwid and license usage, vmp hwid license examples,

need ExAllocatePoolWithTag, ExFreePoolWithTag etc,

if were an expert in coding drivers I wouldn't be asking.
